What should I read first?
Check the active objective and the direction of the rest of the squad. Those two signals tell you where the run is going.
How much should I loot alone?
Take enough to survive the trip, then regroup. A perfect early inventory is not worth becoming isolated.
When should I avoid contact?
Walk around a fight when it does not protect your route, your teammate, or an item you already know you need.
